Thematic ETFs
Experienced investorsEach of these bets on one specific industry. They can dramatically outperform β or dramatically underperform β in any given year. Expand each card to see real historical data before deciding.
Why we don't show price forecasts
No one reliably predicted that SMGB would return +147% in the past year, or that WCBR would lose -12% in the same period. Published ETF forecasts are marketing materials, not reliable predictions. We show only verified historical data so you can make your own informed judgement. Past performance, as always, does not guarantee future results.
How to buy any of these on your broker
Copy the ISIN code (e.g. IE00BK5BQT80 for VWCE). This is the unique global identifier β using it avoids confusion between similarly named funds.
Open your broker app. Find the search bar β usually labelled "Search instruments" or similar. Paste the ISIN code.
The fund will appear. Verify the name matches. Check "UCITS" appears in the description and the domicile is Ireland or Luxembourg β both are safe EU jurisdictions.
Click Buy. Enter your amount. For most brokers, you can buy as little as β¬1 in fractional shares.
All performance data is historical and sourced from public databases including justETF, PortfoliosLab, and Yahoo Finance. Data is updated periodically and may not reflect the most current prices. This page is educational only β not investment advice. Always verify data on your broker before investing. Strean receives no commission from any ETF provider listed here.
